Here's the jist.....
I've been on disability now since July 2009. I haven't worked in just about 6 years almost. Mainly because of my personality disorder and the bipolar. Never did I realize that whole time, when I had these headaches...that it was inter cranial hypertension.
I had gotten a lumbar puncture that Saturday night/Sunday morning. Since then, every day I have had the worst tap headaches.
Yesterday, even though I felt like crap, I went to my daughter's school and volunteered there for 3 hours in the morning. It felt good to help them out but, I was horrified that I was watching the clock like crazy for when I could leave.
The air in the place was off and yesterday to top it off, it was muggy and humid and hot inside and outside. Once they got it all fixed that was better.
The ladies there couldn't believe I was able to get everything and then some done for them yesterday in just a span of 3 hours.
I honestly didn't mind. I tried to keep my mind off of my head.
I was suppose to go back this morning but all night...my stomach cramped up, my head throbbed and as I'm writing this, my sight is blurred. All not good signs.
My attempt at "work" yesterday belly flopped after I realized how I felt.
IF you work and have IH or any other disability, how do you function, cope or what are your s
